【Artist Talk #6】Han Ishu

The “Artist Talk” series presents original videos that introduce the creative backgrounds and activities of Japanese artists.
The sixth episode features Han Ishu, who participated in the 11th Asia Pacific Triennial of Contemporary Art held in Australia. In this interview, Han shares the stories behind his exhibited works, Not Ocean and Cultivating the Waves. He also reflects on his path to becoming an artist as well as the thoughts behind his creative practice.
